RESERVATION GUARANTEE

When making a reservation it is necessary to provide a valid credit card with credit or credit balance. In some cases, the Hotel may charge a certain amount as confirmation deposit fee in advance of the reserved stay. The card will be used to charge the cancellation or no show fees when appropriate. Once the reservation is confirmed you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a reservation locator number.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

Depending on the board reserved there are the following services:

  • BED AND BREAKFAST: Bed and breakfast.
  • HALF BOARD: Bed, Breakfast and Lunch.
  • FULL BOARD: Bed, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
DRINKS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE MEALS.
All services in the restaurant will be self-serve BUFFET style.


RATES FOR CHILDREN:

Discounts for children apply to children aged 2 to 10 years old as long as they share the same room with two adults. The Hotel may require the children´s ID card to check identification for proof of age. If the children´s age does not coincide with that stated in the reservation the Hotel may ask you to pay for the difference.

COTS:

Check availability by contacting the hotel. Price per day 5 Euros + VAT.

RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS:

Modifications or changes in the reservations are subject to the conditions and periods of stay or to the capacity of rooms, and can be requested by e-mail or phone.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS:

A fee of 5 Euros will be charged as processing costs.
NO SHOW: In case of no show before 18.00 pm on booked date, one night´s stay may be charged. Notify the hotel if you foresee this circumstance.


PERSONAL DATA CONFIDENTIALITY:

According to what established in the Spanish Organic Law on Personal Data we inform you that your data will be included in a RESERVATION MANAGEMENT file property of HOTELES ACTUAL S.A. with the aim of carrying out the management of the requested reservation and the information of the services that better suits your needs. In order to exercise the rights of access, correction and cancellation address HOTELES ACTUAL S.A. Urb. Everluz, s/n, 21100-Punta Umbría (Huelva), with a copy of your identification card and writing down the reference “LOPD” (Spanish Organic Law on Personal Data).


DAY OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

You may check-in after 14.00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is before 12:00 pm on your departure date.
